Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2008, reflected in the annual report posted on 30
September 2008 are unchanged from the audited results released on SENS on 27
August 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ARB will be held at
10:00 on Wednesday, 29 October 2008 at Riverside Hotel, 10 Northway Drive,
Durban North, Durban. The notice of annual general meeting is issued with the
annual report, which contains the annual financial statements of ARB for the
year ended 30 June 2008.
