MURRAY & ROBERTS ISSUES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Murray &
Roberts for the year ended 30 June 2008, which incorporate a notice of the
annual general meeting have been posted to shareholders today, Tuesday 30
September 2008.
The annual financial statements contain no changes or modifications to the
audited preliminary results published on SENS on 27 August 2008. The annual
financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche whose unqualified report
is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice is given that the sixtieth annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at the registered office of the Company, Douglas Roberts Centre, 22 Skeen
Boulevard, Bedfordview, Johannesburg on Tuesday 28 October 2008 at 11:00.
