Further to ElementOne`s audited condensed group financial results for the year
ended 31 March 2008 published on the Securities Exchange News Service on 19 June
2008, shareholders are advised that the ElementOne annual report for the year
ended 31 March 2008 was posted today and contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of ElementOne will be
held at 11h00 on Monday, 27 October 2008 at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1
Napier Road, Auckland Park, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
