the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008, was dispatched
today and contains no changes to the audited results which were announced on
SENS on Thursday, 21 August 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders and
debenture holders will be held at the Company`s registered office, 4th floor,
Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, 2191 on Wednesday, 22 October 2008
at 14:00, to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting as contained in the annual report.
