CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Imuniti hereby
advises that Mr. Collin Matjila has resigned with immediate effect as a non-
executive director and group chairperson as he did not extend his contractual
term. The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Matjila for the time that he
spent with Imuniti and his leadership of the Board. We wish him well with his
future business endevours.
