DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
In accordance with 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, it is
hereby announced that Mr Peter Montagu Surgey retires as a director from the
Board of Barloworld Limited with effect from close of business today. Mr
Surgey held various senior roles in Barloworld over a number of years and
retires upon the successful completion of his remaining responsibilities,
following the group restructuring last year.
