TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to
publish a Trading Update as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the period to be reported on next, will differ by more
than 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.
The board of directors of Square One Solutions Group Limited advise that its
earnings and headline earnings per share for the interim period ended 30 June
2008 is expected to decrease by between 80% and 100% on the 8.2 cents per share
reported for the six months ended 30 June 2007.
The forecast contained in this Trading Update has not been reviewed or reported
on by the company`s external auditors. Square One will release its financial
results for the interim period ended 30 June 2008 by no later than 6 October
2008.
