EXTENSION OF INITIAL OFFER OF CARBON CREDIT NOTES TO BE ISSUED BY THE ISSUER AND
TO BE LISTED UNDER THE ABBREVIATED NAME "SWCCN" AS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES IN
THE INVESTMENT PRODUCT SECTOR ON THE JSE ("the Offer")
Investors are referred to the announcement dated 10 September 2008 and the
offering circular issued on 27 August 2008.
Following requests from the investor community, Sterling Waterford Securities
(Proprietary) Limited, the manager of the Carbon Credit Notes, has extended the
Offer period until 12h00 on Tuesday, 21 October 2008.
Accordingly the revised salient dates and times in respect of the offer are as
follows:
