Shareholders are advised that the annual report of the company has been delayed
due to administrative issues.
Shareholders are further advised that due to the aforesaid delay Thabex has been
suspended from trade on the JSE effective 1 October 2008.
The audit has been completed and will be signed off on 2 October 2008.
The annual report should be ready for circulation by 13 October 2008, by which
time the suspension would be lifted.
