CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Marius Ferreira, has been appointed a
non executive director of African Dawn.
Marius has a B.Com. (Hons.) Economics and has extensive experience in the South
African investment, treasury and banking industries which includes both hands-on
experience as an operator as well as leading an executive team and participating
in corporate governance structures.
Marius has also contributed to broader business initiatives through
participation in organisations such as the South African Foundation, World
Economic Forum, The Banking Council of S.A., The Association of Corporate
Treasurers of Southern Africa and The Investment Analyst Society of South
Africa.
Mr. De Wet Vivier has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer in an executive
capacity. Mr. Vivier has previously served on the board of directors in a non-
executive role.
African Dawn would also like to announce the resignation of Mr. Colin Odams as
an executive director of the Company to pursue other interests. The board of
directors would like to thank Mr. Odams for his contribution to the Company and
wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
