Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements dated 9 April
2008, 21 May 2008, 3 July 2008 and 15 August 2008, respectively, and are advised
that certain negotiations referred to therein are still in progress which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the
company`s securities trade on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are accordingly
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities
until a further announcement is made.
