Notice is hereby given that an interim cash dividend of 3 cents per share
("the dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in the
share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 17 October
2008. Shareholders attention is drawn to the following important dates:
Last day to trade in order to participate in this Friday, 17 October 2008
dividend:
Shares commence trading "ex dividend" on: Monday, 20 October 2008
The record date for the dividend payment will be: Friday, 24 October 2008
Dividend payment date: Monday, 27 October 2008
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may
be done between Monday, 20 October 2008 and Friday, 24 October 2008
(both days inclusive)
