IFA shareholders are advised that there was an omission on the proxy form
forming part of the notice of annual general meeting included in the IFA Annual
Report posted to shareholders on 25 September 2008. The final two resolutions
included in the notice of annual general meeting were omitted from the proxy
form but still need to be voted on. A revised proxy form will be posted to IFA
shareholders on 3 October 2008.
