RATIONALE FOR THE DEALING
In amplification of the directors dealing set out above, DigiCore wishes to
advise shareholders that the disposal was to an associate company of an existing
major shareholder of DigiCore namely, Titan Nominees (Pty) Limited. The disposal
was concluded at a predetermined price agreed with both parties.
Mr Esterhuyzen currently has business dealings with the associate company of
Titan Nominees (Pty) Limited who purchased the SSF contracts.
Clearance to deal in these shares was obtained in accordance with Rule 3.66 of
the JSE Listings Requirements.
