Audited annual financial statements
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 May 2008 will be posted to shareholders on 6 October 2008.
The report to shareholders contains no modifications to the audited condensed
results which were published on 7 August 2008. BDO Spencer Steward
(Johannesburg) Inc. audited Kwikspace`s results and their unqualified audit
report is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that Kwikspace`s annual general meeting will be held at
the Rosebank Hotel, Corner Tyrwhitt and Sturdee Avenues, Rosebank, Johannesburg
on Wednesday 29 October 2008 at 14:30 to transact business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting.
