In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements,
Masonite shareholders are advised that Mr J U Morrison, a non-executive director
of Masonite, has resigned from the board of Masonite with effect from 30
September 2008.
Shareholders are further advised that Messrs A D DiLucente, F J Lynch, L P Repar
and G E Coulter have been appointed as non-executive directors to the board of
Masonite effective 01 October 2008.
