FINAL LIQUIDATION DISTRIBUTION
The Master of the High Court has confirmed the first and final liquidation and
distribution account in terms of which shareholders were awarded a distribution
of 4.518 cents per share. To this must be added interest accrued less cost of
distribution tax on interest and additional STC. The final distribution will be
approximately 4.8 cents per share. We expect to pay by Monday, 13 October 2008.
