Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above PAMIDD, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R82.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Wednesday, 1 October
2008 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R60.50. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Thursday, 2 October 2008 = 7404.73 cents
The VWAP on Friday, 3 October 2008 = 7011.98 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 7208.355 cents
Rebate payment of 1158.355 cents
Holders will receive R11.58355 for every warrant held.
