CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The directors advise the following changes to the company`s board with effect
from 2 October 2008:
the resignation of Mr. RA du Toit as Chief Financial Office;
the appointment of Sean Morgan as the company`s Chief Financial Officer.
Sean is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has 11 years experience in the
financial environment. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Pratt & Wittney
Canada (Africa), a global leader in aerospace from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that
he was the financial manager at Goup Five - Intertoll.
