APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that Ms Tebogo Skwambane
B.A.(Hons)Cum Laude, M.B.A has been appointed to the Board of the Company as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 15 October 2008. She will
also join the Audit and Risk Committee.
Ms Skwambane is the founder of North Road Consulting (Pty) Ltd, was previously
employed by Eskom, by Bain and Co in Boston, London and Johannesburg and by the
International Finance Corporation at the World Bank in Washington. She has
current and previous directorships/appointments at Jupiter Drawing Room, The BEE
Certification Agency, Alstom SA and the Regulating Committee for Meteorological
Services.
