CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Clinton Keith Tew Palmer
as an executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Palmer M.Sc. M.B.A has worked at Spanjaard Limited for four years as
Technical Manager and has been a member of the Executive Committee for the past
year. He is responsible for all technical functions within the company including
product development, quality assurance, quality control and related regulatory
issues. Prior to joining Spanjaard Limited Mr Palmer held a variety of technical
positions within the chemical industry.
