RENEWAL OF 20 YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE BEACH HOTEL
Shareholders are advised that Gooderson has signed a new 20 year lease agreement
for the Beach Hotel, one of Durban`s leading beach front hotels consisting of
112 bedrooms. The Beach Hotel is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment
including its lifts which is expected to be completed during 2009.
