ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
2008 ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2008 annual report, including the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008, were dispatched to
shareholders today, 8 October 2008. The 2008 annual report is also available on
the company`s website: www.tealmining.com.
The financial statements were audited by Ernst & Young LLP.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held in
Boardroom G3, 24 Impala Road, Chislehurston, Johannesburg, South Africa, on 13
November 2008 at 16:00 (South African time). The notice of meeting, together
with the management information circular, has been posted to shareholders, and
may be viewed at www.sedar.com or www.tealmining.com.
