FURTHER RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 26 August 2008,
shareholders are advised that the Company is in final discussions with a third
party, which may have a material effect on the price of Thabex shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in Thabex shares until a full announcement is made.
