RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Gold
Reef shareholders are informed that Mr C R T Paul is emigrating and has
therefore resigned as company secretary with effect from 31 December 2008.
A further announcement will be issued in due course in regard to his
replacement.
