RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Metrofile Holdings shareholders ("shareholders") are advised that at the general
meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 9 October 2008 both the ordinary
resolutions as stated in the notice of general meeting of shareholders,
circulated together with the circular to shareholders regarding the adoption of
a Share Appreciation Right Scheme and a Deferred Bonus Plan, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
