Brad Mills in respect of his directorship of the Company, and all other
directorships and offices Mr Mills held in the Company`s subsidiaries and
associated companies, such resignations being effective yesterday, 9 October
2008. Mr Mills` employment with the Company ceased with effect from 7 October
2008.
