RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Village shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of shareholders
held on Friday, 10 October 2008, all of the special and ordinary resolutions
stated in the notice of general meeting of shareholders distributed together
with the circular to shareholders were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions that were passed will be lodged for registration at the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
