TRADING STATEMENT
It is announced that in respect of the group annual financial results of Anbeeco
for the year ended 31 January 2005:
* loss per share will be between 54% and 74% lower;
* headline loss per share will be between 54% and 74% lower;
* net asset value per share as well as net tangible asset value per share will
decrease by 90% to 110%,
compared to the previous 18-month accounting period ended 31 January 2004.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has been
audited by Anbeeco`s auditors and is expected to be finalised and released by
not later than Monday, 16 May 2005.
