TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders of the company are referred to the company`s trading statement
issued on SENS on 19 September 2005. In the process of finalising the reviewed
group interim financial results for the six month period ended 31 July 2005, it
appeared that the aforementioned announcement was materially incorrect. Further
to and by way of correction of the abovementioned announcement, the company
hereby announces that in respect of the group interim financial results of
Anbeeco for the six month period ended 31 July 2005 the loss per share and
headline loss per share will be between 103 % and 123 % lower, and the net asset
value per share as well as net tangible asset value per share will decrease by
28 % to 48 %, compared to the previous six month interim accounting period ended
31 July 2004.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has been
reviewed by Anbeeco`s auditors.
