NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2008 posted on 29 September 2008 contain no modifications to
the audited results released on SENS on 1 October 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of SELCo shareholders
will be held at 99 Fascia Street, Silvertondale, Pretoria at 09:00 on
Tuesday, 25 November 2008, to transact business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting, which was issued together with the annual report
containing the annual financial statements of SELCo for the year ended 30
June 2008.
