Notice of change of nominated adviser and joint broker
Braemore Resources Plc (AIM: BRR) announces that WH Ireland Limited has been
appointed as the Company`s nominated adviser and joint broker with immediate
effect. WH Ireland replaces Investec Bank (UK) Limited and will work with
Mirabaud Securities Limited, which continues as joint broker to the Company.
The Company expresses its appreciation to Investec for performing these roles
over the last nine months.
Braemore CEO Leon Coetzer said, "WH Ireland has had a working relationship with
the Company for many years and the appointment will allow for an even stronger
relationship, in conjunction with Mirabaud, in the strategic development of the
Company`s platinum and nickel operations."
