CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHF SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for STEINHOFF
INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction
declaration relating to STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (SHF) the
Trustees of the SHF Share Instalment have declared a capital reduction amount of
60 cents per SHFNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 8 December 2008.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 28 November 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 1
December 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 5 December 2008.
