CHANGES TO AND RESTRUCTURING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
StratCorp announces the following changes to and restructuring of its board of
directors, with effect from 15 October 2008,
- Mr. JN de Beer resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and will assume
the position of Group Financial Manager.
- Mr. HJ van der Merwe, will take up the role of Chief Financial Officer
and relinquish the role of Chief Operating Officer.
- In addition to his current role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. DB
Harington will take on the responsibilities of the Chief Operating
Officer.
