Voluntary announcement: Sale of Nigerian and Kenyan interests
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from the end of September 2008, Avusa
has concluded the sale of its Nigerian interests to Capital Alliance Private
Equity, and of its Kenyan interests to Silverbird Africa Holdings Limited, for a
total of USD 3 792 500.
The sales are not categorised for the purposes of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, and this announcement is therefore made for information purposes
only.
