Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above SABIDC, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R144.00 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Friday, 10
October 2008 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has
been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of
R105.50. This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction
through STRATE.
The VWAP on Monday, 13 October 2008 = 14882.5 cents
The VWAP on Tuesday, 14 October 2008 = 15136.4 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 15009.5 cents
Rebate payment of 4459.45 cents
Holders will receive R44.5945 for every warrant held
