DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 30
September 2008 in an amount of 85.32 cents per PropTrax SAPY security,
constituted as follows:
40.25 cents in respect of dividends;
6.15 cents in respect of interest; and
38.92 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured dividends.
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities
recorded in the register at 26 September 2008 and will be effected on Monday, 20
October 2008.
