Further to the cautionary announcement issued by Imuniti on 2 September 2008,
shareholders are advised that the Company continues to be involved in
negotiations which could have a material effect on the price of its shares.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue exercising caution in dealing
with the shares of Imuniti until such time that a further announcement is made.
