ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 11 September 2008 and 25
September 2008 and are advised that the special resolution pertaining to the
name change of the company has not as yet been registered by the Registrar of
Companies and accordingly the timetable as published is no longer applicable.
Shareholders will be advised of the new timetable relating to the new dates once
the special resolution pertaining thereto has been registered by the Registrar
of Companies.
