DIRECTOR`S RESIGNATION
Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, of the resignation of Wayne van der Merwe,
the incumbent Finance Director, as director of the company and its
subsidiaries with effect from 16 April 2009. Wayne, who has been an employee
of the group since 1999 and who was appointed as a director of the company in
2002, has resolved to relocate with his family to Australia.
In announcing the resignation today Michael Mark, the Chief Executive
Officer, paid tribute to the significant contribution made by Wayne to the
group over the past nine years, and indicated that he expected the process of
finding an appropriate replacement to be completed over the course of the
next 6 months without undue disruption to the ongoing professional
functioning of the business portfolios overseen by Wayne.
