REINSTATEMENT OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 1 October 2008 regarding
the suspension of the listing of the Company due to the delay in the publication
of the annual report of the Company.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company`s listing has been reinstated
from commencement of trade today, 17 October 2008, as the annual report of the
Company was posted to shareholders on 15 October 2008.
As advised in the Abridged Results SENS announcement of 15 October 2008, the
group annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. and contain a
modified audit opinion in respect of the going concern assumption. However the
board is confident that the production of rough diamonds from the Kolo
Kimberlite Project, the disposal of the Company`s interest in Angel Diamonds
(Pty) Limited and the proposed disposal of the Middelwater alluvial diamond
project will generate sufficient cash flow to enable the Thabex group to be able
to settle its liabilities in the normal course of business.
