CANCELLATION OF ACQUISITION AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Further to the announcement dated 30 September 2008, linked unit holders are
advised that the transaction relating to the reverse take-over acquisition of
Queensgate Business Development (Proprietary) Limited has been cancelled by
mutual consent between the Company and Queensgate Holdings (Proprietary)
Limited.
Linked unit holders are advised that trading in the securities of the Company
remains suspended and that the directors are evaluating available options.
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Linked unit holders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 15 August
2008 as renewed on 30 September 2008, and are advised that the full impact of
the aforementioned cancellation is still being determined and that this event
may have a material effect on the price of securities of the company.
Accordingly, linked unit holders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in their linked units until a full announcement is made.
