Allocation of participatory interests
Applicants are referred to the Zshares GOVI Portfolio Supplement as mentioned in
the announcement dated 6 October 2008. We are pleased to announce that following
the closing of the initial offer period, a total of 110 002 217 letters of
allocation were issued to successful applicants, based on a ratio of one letter
of allocation for every R1 received during the initial offer.
Following the closing of the ramp-up period, these letters of allocation have
been converted into participatory interests on the basis of 0.0978428296313337
participatory interests for every one letter of allocation previously held.
Participatory interests have been allotted to successful applicants with 10 762
926 participatory interests in ZGOVI having been allocated. All applicants who
subscribed for participatory interests have been allocated the full number of
interests subscribed for.
The participatory interests are anticipated to list on 21 October 2008.
