CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of SecureData hereby notifies its shareholders of the
following changes, effective 15 October 2008:
Simon Murray and Pieter Rudolf Pretorius have been appointed as non executive
directors subsequent to the acquisition of MIS Corporate Defence Solutions
Limited and the claw back offer, which details are set out in the circulars sent
to SecureData shareholders dated 27 May and 30 June 2008 respectively; and
Johan du Toit, currently the Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the role of
Financial Director.
