Further to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 4 September 2008
and in the press on 5 September 2008, shareholders are advised that Sekunjalo
negotiations are still ongoing which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the company`s securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a detailed announcement is made.
