ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RCHIDA- ZAE000124020
Investec Enhanced Dividend Securities (EDS)
As a result of Richemont Securities AG corporate action, RCHIDA has been
adjusted accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent cash position as
prior to the corporate action.
If the Theoretical value of RCH closes below the barrier on either 21 October
2008 or 22 October 2008, then CFRIDA and REIDA will have barriered.
E.g.
CFR close (22 October 2008) = 15.00
REI close (22 October 2008) = 20.00
RCH Theoretical close (22 October 2008) = 15.00+20.00 = 35.00
The strike price and barrier level has been adjusted to leave holders with the
same cash position as prior to the rights issue.
The following adjustments are made:
