NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED UCS MANAGEMENT INCENTIVE
SCHEME
Shareholders of UCS are advised that a circular containing the details of the
adoption of the proposed UCS Management Incentive Scheme (the "Scheme") will be
posted to shareholders on Monday, 20 October 2008.
The circular will include a notice to shareholders convening a general meeting
to be held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 5 November 2008 at 20th Floor, 209 Smit
Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg to enable shareholders to consider and if
deemed fit to approve, with or without modification, the resolutions required to
implement the Scheme.
