With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2008,
participatory interest holders are advised that the annual financial statements
are available on the Fund`s website www.emira.co.za and will be distributed to
participatory interest holders on or about 27 October 2008 and contain no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 22 August
2008.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the fifth annual general meeting of participatory
interest holders will be held at 14h00 on Tuesday 18 November 2008 at 3 Gwen
Lane, Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting
notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
