DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PIK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PICK `N PAY STORES LTD
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to PICK `N PAY STORES
LTD (PIK) the Trustees of the PIK Share Instalment have declared a dividend
amount of 35.75 cents per PIKNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15
December 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 December 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 December 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 12 December 2008.
