Director Changes on the Boards of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc
Further to the announcement made on 30 July 2008 that Paul Hollingworth, chief
financial officer, would step down from the Boards during the fourth quarter and
that Andrew King would join the Boards as chief financial officer at that time,
this announcement confirms that the change will be effective from 23 October
2008.
"The Board of Mondi would like to thank Paul for his significant and valuable
contribution to the Group and also for helping to establish Mondi as a separate
listed Group following its demerger from Anglo American plc. We are pleased that
we have an excellent replacement, Andrew King, who has worked for Mondi for 7
years, latterly as Group strategy and business development director, who will
take up the position of chief financial officer and will be based in South
Africa."
Andrew has advised that he has not held any directorships in any other UK
publicly quoted company at any time in the last five years nor has he any
details to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the LSE
Listing Rules.
